Rethabile Tsephe is a Researcher and content creator associated with The Global Foundation for Cyber studies and Research based in Washington DC where she explores topics in cyber psychology, cyber mental health and cyber disorders, which she contributed to two international white papers, one titled Cyber psychology and Digital well-being. As a team the paper gained attention and were interviewed by the Los Angeles Tribune furthermore the paper can be found on researchgate.com. As a compliment her work, in 2022 Rethabile had her Issue brief published by the Observer Research Foundation in India, titled: Mental health and Technology: A case of Africa.

She has conducted Research for Necta, founded by Ms Bokang Matlosa and in addition to Rethabile’s work, she is also associated with the International Institute of Strategic Analysis in Pakistan where she wrote an opinion analysis titled: India’s Collective Guilt: Rape an Existential Crisis for Women.
