As a freelance professional based in Lesotho, Nicole Tau offers comprehensive transcription and editing services. In addition to her background in journalism, Nicole has expanded her expertise by completing certifications in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL), US embassy Sponsored Women First Self Help Training Program in Business skills development: Confidence Building, Design Thinking, Marketing, Customer care, Business Planning and Financial Management, as well as participating in and graduating from the Young Leaders Initiative Regional Leadership Center Southern Africa (YALI RLCSA) Online Cohort 15 Public Management and Governance Track.
